Deborah De Angelis is the founder of DDA LAW FIRM and an attorney at law specialising in international copyright law, cultural heritage law, entertainment law, and new technologies. She currently serves as the Creative Commons Italian Chapter Lead and the Italian coordinator for Knowledge Rights 21, an European project coordinated by the International Library Association and Institutions (IFLA). With a career spanning over two decades, she has advised the Italian Ministry of Culture and holds leadership roles within AFEM and ALAI Italy, both of which she was recently re-elected to for the 2026–2028 term. She is the president of A-DJ, no-profit association dedicated to advocating for and supporting DJs. Deborah is a fellow at the NEXA Center, a member of the Communia Association, and a frequent lecturer and author on copyright and the other areas of her expertise.

Ralph Böge is the CEO and founder of Paradise Worldwide, the Independent All Music Rights Distribution & Tech company which has laid the foundation for the AIxchange (Creative Weight Attribution, Training Data for the AI industry).

Sebastian Spring is Co-Founder and CEO of Space Rights I/O, a creator-first platform for global music rights, royalties and payments. It covers performing, mechanical, sync and AI training rights, with direct digital licensing, transparent reporting, no lock-in and full ownership retained by the creator. An MLaw by training, Sebastian spent over a decade in music rights at SUISA and at Mint Digital Services, the SUISA/SESAC joint venture, where as Head of Administration and a member of senior management he built and led global copyright administration teams in Zurich and Johannesburg and represented the business in international standards bodies including CISAC and DDEX. He has lectured on music business and copyright at the SAE Institute Zurich and co-founded the Cosmic Valley Festival.

Lazer Boomerang is a Swiss synthwave artist, songwriter, and producer whose music has amassed more than 150 million streams worldwide across platforms. He’s a father of two girls and lives in the heart of Switzerland, while being an influential figure in the modern synthwave scene, mainly thanks to his breakout hit “Time To Pretend”. With a keen understanding of emerging digital trends, Lazer Boomerang is an early adopter of new technologies, selectively integrating them into his creative process to enhance both efficiency and artistic output, while maintaining a critical perspective on these tools and their broader impact on the music industry.

Jay Ahern is Chief Strategy Officer at the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM), the global trade body representing the electronic music ecosystem across culture, commerce and technology. He leads AFEM’s strategic initiatives across music technology, AI, metadata and rights management, aligning creators, businesses and collecting societies around practical, future-facing solutions. His work centres on identifying key industry challenges and shaping collaborative frameworks that support innovation while protecting creators and rightsholders. This includes advancing dialogue around generative AI, consent, attribution and fair compensation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Jay’s career spans PIAS Recordings, Domino Records, Beatport and Hard Wax, before moving into creator tool development with Native Instruments and LANDR. There, he worked closely with generative AI teams developing music creation tools, as well as analytical AI systems for recommendation, tagging and search. Throughout his career, Jay has worked on the business and strategic side with artists including Four Tet, Arctic Monkeys, Richie Hawtin and Moby. As a music producer, he has released numerous records and performed internationally at venues including Fabric and Berghain, as well as clubs across Europe, Japan and North America.
