For the past three years, he has been working with insieme Zürich, supporting people with disabilities—an experience that has fundamentally changed his perspective on inclusion: "What I experience daily, I want to make accessible to more people." Today, Roland is furthering INCLUSIONS as an AI-powered platform and movement, ensuring that genuine connections can be scaled without losing their warmth.

Colette Murer (Show producer for INCLUSIONS Dance Crew, founder of Magic Dancers)Colette Murer is one of the most renowned show dancers in Switzerland. A federally certified university sports instructor from ETH Zurich, she trained in classical ballet for twelve years and has been the founder of the Magic Dancers since 1990. With their legendary mirror outfits, the group has left a lasting imprint on the Street Parade and countless galas, fashion shows, and club nights both domestically and internationally. Through her label, coletteM, she brings her Mirror Fashion to a wider audience. At INCLUSIONS, Colette leads the Dance Crew composed of dancers with and without disabilities—she choreographs, designs costumes, and ensures that a dance performance becomes a moment that brings the audience to tears. Mirror Fashion has already become a hallmark of the Dance Crew. Her credo: On stage, what matters is not just how one looks, but how one looks at others.

Sara Duracell (INCLUSIONS DJ)Sarita Duracell, known in real life as Sara Cabrera, is a DJ and rapper. For a long time, the Zurich nightlife was hard to access for her as a woman with a disability – then INCLUSIONS came along. At the first Day Rave at Supermarket last autumn, she performed as a DJ on a club stage for the first time, which was a special moment for her. In April, at INCLUSIONS 2, she played again alongside the well-known Zagara.

Raphael Ammann (INCLUSIONS Dancer)Raphael Ammann (20) dances in the INCLUSIONS Dance Crew. In everyday life, he is training in service – he just passed his exam – and works at the Restaurant Krone in Altstetten as well as at 1842 Schober in Zurich. When he’s not dancing or serving, he plays guitar, enjoys ping pong, or rides his bike. He has already performed twice on the dance floor at Supermarket with the INCLUSIONS Dance Crew. He particularly enjoyed the remix of "Voyage Voyage," produced by Samy Jackson. His motivation: to become famous – his dad was on TV, and he wants that too. "I have a lot to share, not just the good things. Dancing is more than just a stage for me: When I’m sad, dancing makes me feel much better."

Christian Guggenbühl (INCLUSIONS documentary filmmaker, founder of Hitschfilm & filmmaker)Christian Guggenbühl, in the "Hitsch" scene, is a filmmaker and investigative documentarian from Zurich. In 2015, he founded Hitschfilm, a production company for non-profit documentaries on socially relevant topics—realities of life, inclusion, cultural history. His most well-known works include "Nadja – A Self-Determined Life with Disabilities" (SRF and Play Suisse), "FIFTY-FIVE IN LIVERPOOL" about the Swiss cult band Les Sauterelles, as well as current projects like "Sebastian" (about protecting people with disabilities from violence) and "Nothing Holds Us Back" about the Swiss powerchair hockey national team. In 2025, he founded the Interest Network for an Inclusive Switzerland. At INCLUSIONS, Christian moves almost invisibly through the club with his camera—transforming a day rave into a document of movement.
